2. Service Description

I Love That Track is a music discovery tool that helps users find similar songs, lyrics, and genres. Our service does not store or host music content. We provide links to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Yandex Music) and use public APIs for metadata.

3. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that infringes your rights, please send our designated agent a notification containing:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court

5. Repeat Infringers Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the access of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
